After we mixed it 8 to 1 with water we used it to bath in, wash our clothes with it and spray it around the house for a few times. But it killed all the scabies or mites that we had. Our family is bug free now, they were driving us crazy. Thanks .. we recomend it highly. I sprayed my bed after a bed bug scare. The vinegar smell eventually goes away, but I noticed more bugs (not bed bugs) after I sprayed my furniture than before. I wouldn't NOT get this product. But on label of the delivered product that said it is leaner for many purpose, it can be used clean the dirt of insect infection area, but can not be used as inset eliminator.
